Electronic services introduced by the State Tax Service are becoming increasingly popular among the taxpayers. As of today, 2.3 million taxpayers use private part of the STS’s Electronic cabinet which provides access to more than 80 electronic services.
1.2 million individuals – entrepreneurs, 0.5 million legal entities and 0.6 million citizens are among the users of private part of the Electronic cabinet.
Electronic cabinet consists of a public open part, which can be accessed without user identification, and a private part (personal cabinet). Login to the personal account is carried out using a qualified electronic signature of any qualified provider of electronic trust services or through the Integrated Electronic Identification System – id.gov.ua (MobileID and BankID).
Using this service it is possible to generate and send electronic documents, including tax reports, requests for information and applications for registration by taxpayers of certain taxes to the STS bodies. The taxpayer can also get access to personal information in real time, namely to receive information about the amounts of received income and withheld taxes, as well as status of submitted reports, etc.
Free service of the State Tax Service “Electronic Cabinet” can be used around the clock. Log in to the Electronic cabinet is carried out at the address: http://cabinet.tax.gov.ua, as well as through the official web portal of the State Tax Service.
In general, the State Tax Service has already implemented such electronic services as E-VAT, E-Subsidy, E-office, E-prozorro, E-baby, ID14, Software RRO, Overpayment refund.
In the near future it is planned to introduce six more new services, including FATCA, Unified Reporting (SSC + PIT), Electronic Collection Orders, E-excise, Single Account and Customer Complaints (CASHBACK).
