Attention! Signed electronic application must contain indication of residence (registration) place
State Tax Service of Ukraine reminds that in order to simplify correspondence with citizens, there is operating STS’s e-mail address: zvernennya_dps@tax.gov.ua.
Please note that appeals that citizens send to the specified e-mail must be with a scanned personal signature and indicating the place of residence (registration) or signed with a qualified electronic signature. Such letters will be considered and answers to them will be provided within the time limits specified in Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals”.
Appeals that citizens send to the specified e-mail WITHOUT scanned personal signature and WITHOUT indication of residence (registration) place will be returned without consideration within 10 days with the appropriate explanation according to the requirements of Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine “On Citizens’ Appeals”.
