Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Annex to the Regulations on Data Sets to be Disclosed in the Form of Open Data” was adopted

Government meeting held on 09.10.2020 resulted in adoption of  Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Amendments to Annex to the Regulations on Data Sets to be Disclosed in the Form of Open Data” which redistributed open data sets according to the scope of activity between the State Tax Service, State Fiscal Service and State Customs Service.

41 main data sets are assigned to the State Tax Service as the information manager, of which 40 are already updated by the tax specialists.

According to adopted Resolution, the State Tax Service will publish another data set, namely “Register of the non-resident taxpayers”.
