Simple and convenient: “E-return” service

State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that there is operating “E-return” service to simplify the returning procedure of erroneously and / or overpaid payments.

Taxpayers have the 24/7opportunity to remotely apply for a refund through the Electronic Cabinet in “three clicks”.

In the main menu of the Electronic Cabinet it is necessary to select the Application form for return of erroneously and / or overpaid amounts of monetary obligations and penalties from the suggested list (J1302001 is for legal entities or F1302001 for individuals in the section “Applications, requests for information”.

After filling in suggested details of the Application, it is necessary to save it, sign and send it to the territorial body of the State Tax Service.

Refund of erroneously and / or overpaid funds is possible only within 1095 days from the date of their payment and provided that such taxpayer does not have a tax debt.

This service was used by 249 thousand taxpayers during 10 months of 2020, of which 128 thousand applied for a refund and 121 thousand citizens declared the right for a tax refund on of property and income declarations.

Territorial body of the State Tax Service processed 183 thousand applications, according to which electronic conclusions for 5.7 billion UAH were formed and submitted to the Treasury. Also, electronic notifications were sent to the Treasury for tax rebate refunding totaling 311 million UAH.
