Given the numerous appeals of regional, district, city and village councils on the distribution of excise tax share on fuel produced in Ukraine and imported to the customs territory of Ukraine to the general fund of local self-government budgets, we inform!

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 12.02.2020 № 73 “Some issues of crediting part of the excise tax on fuel produced in Ukraine and imported to the customs territory of Ukraine to the general fund of local government budgets in 2020” approved the procedure for calculating share of excise tax.

At present the STS to meet requirements of this Resolution, twice a year selects information including the RCO data on the volume of retail sales of fuel (for 6 months) in terms of the State Classification of Administrative and Territorial Organizations and liters.

To enable local self-governments to independently analyze information on revenues from the sale of fuel, in terms of administrative-territorial division, there was created a new section “Information on the volume of excisable products sold through the RCO objects of administrative-territorial organization of Ukraine” on web portal of the STS in the section “Activities”.

Currently the new section contains:

- information on the volume of fuel sold in terms of State Classification of Administrative and Territorial Organizations for the first half of 2020;

- information on the volume of fuel sold in terms of State Classification of Administrative and Territorial Organizations for the third quarter of 2020.

In the future, information on the amount of fuel sold through the RCO in terms of State Classification of Administrative and Territorial Organizations will be posted on web portal of the STS on a quarterly basis.
