STS conducted evaluation of employees

State Tax Service conducted evaluation of employees of the central apparatus and territorial bodies. Received assessment is a kind of indicator of employee’s fulfillment of certain tasks, his / her needs for professional training and career opportunities.

At the same time, tasks and key indicators of civil servants of the STS for 2020 were defined as the contribution of each employee in achieving strategic goals of the STS.

“According to the analysis results of provided conclusions of the evaluation of employees, the STS has something to be proud of. After all, as of the 27^th of November 2020, according to results of official activity in 2020 – 77% of STS employees received an “excellent” rating (31% of them are of category “B” and 69% - category “C”), as well as 23% of the STS employees received “positive” rating (16% of them are of category “B” and 84% - category “C”)” – stated Director of the HR department of the STS Larysa Yashchuk.

According to the evaluation results of employees of the STS’s territorial bodies – 16% of employees received an “excellent” rating (of which 47% are of category “B” and 53% - category “C”), and 84% received “positive” rating (of which 27% are of category “B” and 73% – category “C”).

Also, Chairman of the STS Oleksiy Lyubchenko conducted evaluation of 24 heads of territorial bodies, of which 16 (70%) were evaluated as “excellent” and 8 (30%) as “positive”.

Absence of negative evaluations is an indication of effective personnel policy, quality planning and division of tasks according to functions and responsibilities of employees.

As of the 27^th of November 2020, a total of 2682 civil servants of the STS and its territorial bodies who hold civil service positions of category “B” and “C” were evaluated. According to results of official activity in 2020 – 36% of the STS employees received an “excellent” rating (36% of them are of category “B” and 64% – category “C”), as well as “positive” rating of 64% of STS employees (of which 25 % are of category “B” and 75% – category “C”).
