Oleksiy Lyubchenko: task determined by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine to over-fulfill targets of May – December has been fulfilled by 10%

As of the 10^th of December 2020, the taxpayers paid 477.9 billion UAH to general fund of the state budget.

Actual revenues in May – December (as of the 10^th of December 2020) amount to 340.4 billion UAH, which is 31.2 billion UAH or 10.1% more than expected.

That is, task determined by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine to over-fulfill targets of May – December has been fulfilled by 10%.

Revenues growth was also achieved by minimizing tax evasion schemes, improving administrative processes and avoiding pressure on business as it was required from the State Tax Service by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Sergii Marchenko.

“Additional revenues are provided by combating “shadow” schemes and freeing up space for “white” legal business, increasing level of voluntary tax payments and improving administrative processes” – emphasized Chairman of the STS Oleksiy Lyubchenko.
