Head of the TSC of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraineon protection of investors’ rightsHalynaYanchenko noted changes that are currently ongoing in the Tax Service.
“What is changing in the State Tax Service with the appointment of Oleksiy Lyubchenkois simply a kind of fiction, or even magic, when on the one hand taxes that are to be paid to the budget are actually paid to the budget, and do not go to the pockets. At the same time, there is protection of those investors who have been searching for the truth in courts for a long time and who could not find it from the state. Now the Tax Service really stands to protect interests of white business.” – emphasized Head of the TSC of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraineon protection of investors’ rightsHalynaYanchenko.
In turn, Oleksiy Lyubchenkothanked for the high award and noted that this is an advance and the Tax Servicewill continue to work actively to protect interests of Ukrainian business.
“Such success is a merit of the STS employees. We do our job.The main task I set for the team was to clear the way for white and legal business. We are open, we have changed our mission. The State Tax Service is a completely transparent modern institution” – emphasized Oleksiy Lyubchenko.
He also stated that as of today, the Tax Service is undergoing institutional reform within a single legal entity. This is an intermediate path to the final reform, when in Ukraine territorial bodies will be represented by districts, namely by 5-6 districts. But this, according to Chairman of the STS, will happen only when the STS will switch completely to electronic services and remote communication with taxpayers.
