Land plot’s renting minimization scheme that costed more than 9 million UAH to the budget was exposed

Tax specialists jointly with Main Directorate of the SFS in Zaporizhzhia region exposed land plot’s renting minimization scheme totaling more than 9 million UAH.

It was established that the business entity, violating current legislation of Ukraine and ignoring decision of the Commercial Court, which established the normative monetary valuation of the land, applied an understated rent and failed to pay rent for the land for more than 9 million UAH.

Data on the commission of a criminal violation under Part 3 Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was entered in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations based on research materials collected by the Anti-money laundering department of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region.
