STS temporarily suspends actual audits regarding the fuel storage

After analyzing appeal of the All-Ukrainian Congress of Farmers regarding actual audits of the fuel storage for their own needs, as well as debates at meeting of the interagency group and committee hearings on licensing fuel for own farmers’ needs, the State Tax Service was understanding regarding issue of further audits of licensees.

Chairman of the State Tax Service Oleksiy Lyubchenko held a meeting with Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Congress of Farmers Ivan Slobodyanyk to resolve this situation.

STS leadership agrees with the need to review amount of sanctions for violation of the fuel storage conditions.

However, the STS is an executive body and operates within the current legislation. Solution to this problem is in the legislative sphere.

Given this, the State Tax Service has temporarily suspended actual audits until the legislative solution to this issue. Tax specialists are ready to participate in development of suggestions for revision of sanctions for violations.

We also emphasize that all audit materials that are at the stage of appeal will be carefully considered according to current legislation.
