Natalia Kalenichenko: data should “run” in Ukraine, not the people

Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine for digital development, digital transformations and digitization Natalia Kalenichenko participated in online conference “Trembita System: how we did to run data, not the people”.

Event was dedicated to the impact of Trembita system on the digital transformation of Ukraine and presentation of the EGOV4UKRAINE project results, which is a part of the U-LEAD program with Europe, funded by the EU and its member states Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Estonia and Slovenia.

“State Tax Service of Ukraine takes an active part in the digital transformation of Ukraine. One of important projects of digital transformation is the exchange of electronic data between the STS, other government agencies and portal “Diya” using technical solutions of the electronic interaction system with the state electronic information resources “Trembita”” – stated Natalia Kalenichenko.

According to her, the STS with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the EGOV4UKRAINE project developed and implemented new electronic web services such as:

“Registration of individual in the State register of individuals – taxpayers during the state registration of birth of a child”;

“Registration of individual in the State register of individuals – taxpayers (aged 14 – 18) during the registration of passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the card form for the first time”.

134.2 thousand people have already used this service.

Also, to confirm data on the registration number of taxpayer’s account card on the Unified state web portal “Diya” there is introduced service “Confirmation of compliance with the registration data of the State register of individuals – taxpayers at the request of subjects of information relations – “eRNOKPP”. It has been used by 3.8 million people.

In total, the STS processed more than 8 million requests.
