Training for communication departments was held at the STS

Topics of effective communication with media and public, current trends in creation of information content and processes of forming image of the State Tax Service as an effective service body were discussed during the communication training held today at the STS.

“State Tax Service is open and transparent institution that performs activities in the constant focus of society. The service is undergoing radical changes, new mechanisms and processes are being introduced. And it is an effective information policy that determines awareness of these changes for taxpayers. Communication departments must not only keep their hands on the pulse, but also constantly improve their work, introduce new ways of presenting information and change the format of work depending on the current requirements” – emphasized Head of the Information Policy Department of the Administrative Department of the STS Anastasia Politiko.

During the training, which was attended by employees of communication departments from all over the country, the EU4PFM communications experts Oleksandra Zhurakhivska and Kateryna Zinovieva spoke about the anti-crisis and digital communications.

The main tasks of anti-crisis communications and basic rules for creating the anti-crisis strategies were discussed. Particular attention was also paid to the visualization of content, issues of improving the payers’ information needs and more.

Participants of the training had opportunity to share their experience and discuss current issues in the communication sphere.
