More than 5 million people have already used the STS’s services on the Portal “Diya”

Joint effective work of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the State Tax Service resulted in availability of  tax services to citizens and individuals – entrepreneurs on two platforms: in the taxpayer’s Electronic Cabinet and on the Portal “Diya”. It is easy and convenient to use these services – literally in two clicks.

96 thousand people have already used a comprehensive service of child’s registration in the State register of individuals – taxpayers during the state registration of the child’s birth through “E- Malyatko”.

78 thousand people obtained service for registration of a person in the State register of individuals – taxpayers (aged 14-18) during the registration of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the card form “ID14” for the first time.

Also, there is popular comprehensive service “Digital RNOKPP” – a digital display of document certifying registration of a person in the State register of individuals – taxpayers in a mobile application
“Diya”. 4.9 million people have already used this service.

There are implemented projects through which on the portal and in the application “Diya” in section “My taxes” the following services became available:

- payment of taxes,

- submission of declarations for individuals – entrepreneurs registered on the simplified taxation system,

- obtaining a certificate on income and taxes paid,

- display of the taxpayer’s tax data and status of his / her settlements with the budget.

The following projects are planned to be implemented in the near future through the application “Diya”:

for individuals it is registration in the State register of individuals – taxpayers and ability to make changes, E-residence, payment of taxes, obtaining data on the status of settlements with the budget;

for business it is delegation of authority to sign documents, E-licenses, registration of certain categories of taxpayers, obtaining data on the status of settlements with the budget, verification of excise stamps and checks;

transfer the provision of about 10 STS’s administrative services within the framework of draft project through the Portal “Diya”.

Another big project of the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the State Tax Service, which is planned to be launched in autumn, is the electronic excise and electronic stamp, which automates and significantly simplifies process of ordering, as well as accounting of excise stamps for manufacturers and exporters.

Communicate with the State Tax Service remotely using the “InfoTAX” service
