The VAT evasion for 4.5 million UAH was exposed

Tax specialists of Cherkasy region exposed the sale of inventory without reflection in tax accounting.

Specialists of the Anti-money laundering department of Main Directorate of the STS in Cherkasy region detected the sale of agricultural products for cash without reflection in tax accounting of the business entity for a total amount of more than 27 million UAH. Any reporting was submitted to the controlling body. Amount of unpaid value added tax amounted to 4.5 million UAH.

Materials are processed within a framework of criminal proceeding registered on the grounds of a criminal offense under Part 3 Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
