Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine launches the draft project to ensure continuous provision of qualified electronic trust services of the STS

Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted Resolution № 641 “On the implementation of draft project to ensure continuous provision of qualified electronic trust services by the State Tax Service” on June 23, 2021.

Resolution will ensure:

continuous and free provision of electronic trust services during the period of liquidation of a separate subdivision of the central executive body as a legal entity that is a qualified provider of electronic trust services;

further maintenance of almost 2 million qualified public key certificates, which were generated for more than 575 thousand users of electronic trust services;

transfer of rights and responsibilities for provision of electronic trust services from the Information and Reference Department of the STS to the State Tax Service of Ukraine.
