Meeting on the personnel management and organizational change was held with participation of the EU4PFM experts

Personnel management / public administration reform issues were discussed during online meeting of representatives of the HR department of the STS with international key experts of the EU4PFM project. Representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Accounting Chamber of Ukraine and the State Customs Service of Ukraine also took part in the event, which took place within a framework of the Public Financial Management Support Programme of Ukraine (EU4PFM).

Main changes in the personnel management sphere and organizational changes that took place in the second quarter of 2021 were discussed during online meeting, including support of the EU4PFM project. Participants shared achievements in the personnel management sphere, achievements of the HR-strategies and plans for the future.

Director of the HR department of the STS Larysa Yashchuk presented results of work on the implementation of the Action Plan for implementation of the Human Resources Management Program of the State Tax Service of Ukraine for the second quarter of 2021. Particularly, the beginning of work on the implementation of the Human Resources Management Information System (HRMIS) in the STS was discussed, as well as approval of procedure for internal training of civil servants, analysis of implementation of the Adaptation program of newly appointed employees and competency model development.

Representatives of the STS also presented Program for Development of the Internal Communications System of the STS and the Action Plan for its implementation, which became a subject of active discussion among the participants.
