Tax evasion with substitution of the product nomenclature was exposed

Tax specialists jointly with employees of the Security Service of Ukraine in Ternopil region exposed artificial formation of tax credit by substituting the product nomenclature.

Joint efforts resulted in identification of a number of enterprises that registered the non-commodity operations for enterprises of the real sector of economy in order to minimize payment of taxes and / or receipt (refund) of the VAT by substituting the product nomenclature for a total of more than 64 million UAH.

At present, there are ongoing investigative actions within a pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceeding under Part 3 Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
