A new step in improving the transfer pricing reporting structure

According to recommendations of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the next step of the BEPS Action Plan has been implemented to counteract aggressive tax planning, combat erosion of tax base and its evasion.

Starting from 01.08.2021, the taxpayers who carried out controlled operations in 2020 have opportunity to submit a Notification of participation in an international group of companies.

Notification is submitted to the supervisory authority in electronic form by October 1 of year following the reporting year.
