STS starts online education

Ukraine celebrates the Day of Knowledge today on 01.09.2021. The STS’s team is not left out of the holiday.

On this day, section “Online education” is opened on the STS’s web portal, which became a part of the Knowledge Management System introduced by the State Tax Service.

Section, at the first stage, contains online lessons, information and presentation materials on E-services that will be useful for both taxpayers and tax officials.

According to Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitization Natalia Kalenichenko, the STS develops and implements modern online services so that communication between business and citizens with the tax authorities is as convenient and transparent as possible, subsequently payment of taxes is easy.

This section will help taxpayers to receive information, knowledge and useful skills on the use of E-services, as well as increase their tax awareness.

Popularity of E-services introduced by the STS is constantly growing. To date, more than 100 E-services are actively used by 3.0 million payers. Individuals – entrepreneurs and citizens (80%) make up the largest part of them.
