STS will involve the law enforcement agencies to protect health, honor and dignity of employees

Unacceptable incident occurred during audit of a trade facility in Ternopil region, where one local individual – entrepreneur sold alcohol and tobacco products.

Employees of the Excisable product control department of Main Directorate of the STS in Ternopil region carried out audit on the basis of information regarding the sale of excisable products without a license. Individual – entrepreneur, during the audit, refused to provide documents to the tax authorities, swore, threatened and then began to push tax officials out of the store. As a result, the tax official was injured. Tax officials called a police squad.

Information on the consequences of unacceptable incident was entered to the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations.
