Tax officials exposed illegal sale of natural gas for more than 320 million UAH

Employees of the Anti-money laundering department of Main Directorate of the STS in Zaporizhzhia region in cooperation with Main Directorate of the National Police in Zaporizhzhia region detected obtaining of illegal benefits and harming economic interests of the state committed by the natural gas market entity.

Natural gas market entity was exposed conducting illegal sale of natural gas purchased at a discounted price at a commercial cost which harmed economic interests of the state in the amount of more than 320 million UAH.

Further investigative actions are currently ongoing within a pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceeding under Part 2 Article 364 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
