Information reference on the budget revenues in January – November 2021

State Tax Service effectively administers taxes, levies and charges by simplifying procedures, quality services and innovations, protects economic interests of the state and citizens. Budget revenues exceed both certain indicators and targets of the corresponding period last year.

Result:

November 2021:

Indicative – 69.8 billion UAH;

In fact – 76.6 billion UAH.

Comparing to last year: +23.2 billion UAH or 43.6%.

Over-fulfillment is +6.8 billion UAH.

Including the VAT (balance):

(from goods produced in Ukraine, taking into account budgetary reimbursement)

Indicative (balance) – 13.0 billion UAH;

In fact – 12.1 billion UAH.

Comparing to last year: +0.3 billion UAH or 2.3%.

Fulfillment of indicative is -0.9 billion UAH or -6.6%.

It should be noted that 17.7 billion UAH was reimbursed in November, which is 5.2 billion UAH or 41.0% more than in November 2020.

January – November 2021:

Indicative – 534.7 billion UAH;

In fact – 564.7 billion UAH.

Comparing to last year: +92.0 billion UAH or +19.5%.

(excluding the net profit part and dividends +130.1 billion UAH or +32.0%)

Over-fulfillment is +30.0 billion UAH.

Including the VAT (January November 2021):

(from goods produced in Ukraine, taking into account budgetary reimbursement)

Indicative (balance) – 129.2 billion UAH;

In fact – 140.3 billion UAH.

Comparing to last year: +32.1 billion UAH or by 29.6% more!

Over-fulfillment is +11.1 billion UAH or +8.6%

 

The VAT reimbursement to taxpayers amounted to 142.4 billion UAH during January – November 2021, that is by 13.7 billion UAH or 10.6% more than in the corresponding period of 2020.

10.6 billion UAH or 1.8% is remained to be fulfilled by the annual target of general fund of the state budget.
