STS has processed 2278 requests for public information since the beginning of 2021

State Tax Service of Ukraine has processed 2278 requests for public information over January – November 2021.

Of the total number: 287 requests were received by mail, 1932 – by e-mail, 59 – in other forms (telephone, STS’s box).

Most requests for public information came from individuals, namely1301 requests. 856 requests for public information have been received from legal entities since the beginning of 2021; 22 requests from citizens’ associations without the legal entity’s status and 99 from the mass media representatives.

Consideration results of requests: 1469 have been satisfied with the provision of information, 456 have been denied due to the non-compliance of requests with requirements of the Law of Ukraine as of 13.01.2011 №2939-IV “On access to public information” and 353 have been sent by affiliation.
