Acting Chairman of the STS Mikhail Titarchuk takes case of the LLC “SYNEVO Ukraine” under personal control

Officials of the LLC “SYNEVO Ukraine” were invited to take part in consideration of objections to Audit act before the company’s statement about allegedly unjustified additional accruals of tax liabilities. This was stated by acting Chairman of the STS Mikhail Titarchuk.

“I take this situation under personal control. I would like to emphasize that the LLC “SYNEVO Ukraine” was invited to a dialogue with the State Tax Service of Ukraine even earlier. Taking into account documents provided by the company, we will consider a possibility of additional audit to make a fair decision” – noted Mikhail Titarchuk.

Documentary scheduled on-site audit was conducted on August 30, 2021. Audit act was drawn up on November 25, 2021.

The LLC “SYNEVO Ukraine” used its legal right and filed objection to such Audit act on December 7, 2021. State Tax Service will consider objections by December 20, 2021 and the company will take part in this process if desired.
