“Compromise was reached with the LLC “SYNEVO Ukraine” and dialogue was constructive” – acting Chairman of the STS Mikhail Titarchuk

There is a mutual understanding of parties through an open dialogue in a high-profile case the LLC “SYNEVO Ukraine”. This was stated by acting Chairman of the STS Mikhail Titarchuk during a meeting with company representatives, Development Director Mykola Butenko and Commercial Director Mykola Skavronskyi.  

Meeting was also attended by People’s deputies of Ukraine Andriy Sharaskin, Oleksiy Ustenko, Andriy Kholodov and Danylo Hetmantsev. They were involved in a dialogue between State Tax Service and the LLC “SYNEVO Ukraine” at their personal request.

“Our goal is to thoroughly and comprehensively understand this crisis situation. Therefore, a compromise solution would be to conduct a new audit of income tax – so to speak, from scratch. For our part, we will ensure completely transparent process” – informed Mikhail Titarchuk.

Representatives of the company agreed with this step in resolving the conflict. And with tax authorities identified the next steps in cooperation.

Mikhail Titarchuk also noted stated that the STS seeks to ensure equal treatment of all taxpayers – small, medium-sized and large business. A lot of efforts are now focused on this in internal processes of the STS.

“Honesty and transparency of the STS’s work is fundamentally important for me. STS operates in the legal sphere and we expect the same from entrepreneurs. Therefore, to understand situation around the LLC “SYNEVO Ukraine” is a priority and a matter of honor for us as of today.” – emphasized Mikhail Titarchuk.
