HR Management Department of the State Tax Service of Ukraine became a winner of the All-Ukrainian competition “Best practices of personnel management” in nomination “Best practice of leadership development and team building in the public service”.
Awarding of winners of the Best personnel management practices competition took place during regular meeting of the Civil Service Human Resources Management Board at the National Civil Service Agency of Ukraine.
Representatives of personnel management services of state bodies and local self-government bodies took part in competition.
STS at the All-Ukrainian competition “Best practices of personnel management” presented successful practice “Adaptation system of newly appointed employees of the State Tax Service of Ukraine: development of mentoring and implementation of modern and convenient manual for newly appointed employees “Zruchnobuk”.
STS is grateful to partners – international and national experts of the EU Public Financial Management Support Programme for Ukraine (EU4FM), who together with the State Tax Service of Ukraine and Kyiv School of Economics with support of the German Government and GIZ Ukraine provided comprehensive support for innovative approaches to personnel management.
An unconditional positive implementation result of the unified HR adaptation processes of newly appointed employees in the State Tax Service of Ukraine is development of corporate culture in the STS, ensuring maximum involvement and effectiveness of newly appointed employees, communication of different generations of civil servants and reducing staff turnover.
