State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine as of 16.12.2021 № 142 approved Regulations of the electronic payment system of the National Bank of Ukraine and banking system of Ukraine at the end of reporting year (hereinafter – Regulations).

Regulations stipulate that banking day in the Electronic Payment System of the National Bank of Ukraine (hereinafter – EPS) ends on 31.12.2021 at 13 hours 00 minutes.

Order of the State Treasury Service of Ukraine as of 07.12.2021 № 352 approved Regulations of the Treasury (hereinafter – Treasury Regulations). Treasury Regulations stipulate that the Treasury bodies work without clients on 31.12.2021.

Funds paid to budget accounts received through the EPS in a period from 01.01.2022 to 03.01.2022 (inclusively) will be credited by the Treasury on banking day – 04.01.2022.

Starting from 04.01.2022, the banking system of Ukraine will operate normally.

State Tax Service will conduct regular and technological maintenance work related to the closing of year on 31.12.2021 and 01.01.2022. Due to this, there may be restrictions in operation of electronic services and the ITS Electronic Cabinet from 22 hours 00 minutes on 31.12.2021 until 20 hours 00 minutes on 01.01.2022.

Operational day for receiving and processing tax invoices and calculation adjustments to the Unified register of tax invoices is 31.12.2021 will last until 15 hours 00 minutes.

January 1, 2 and 3, 2022 – weekends and holidays.

January 4, 2022 is operating day from 08 hours 00 minutes up to 20 hours 00 minutes.
