STS received 2504 requests for public information in 2021

State Tax Service of Ukraine received 2504 requests for public information in January – December 2021.

Of the total number: 341 requests were received by mail, 2098 – by e-mail, 65 – in other forms.

Most requests for public information were received from individuals, namely 1432 requests. 931 requests for public information were received from legal entities in 2021; 23 requests from citizens’ associations without the legal entity’s status and 108 from the mass media representatives.

Consideration results of requests: 1594 were satisfied with provision of information, 512 were denied due to the non-compliance of requests with requirements of the Law of Ukraine as of 13.01.2011 №2939-IV “On access to public information” and 398 have been sent by affiliation.
