Use of qualified electronic signatures on secure media and “cloud” qualified electronic signatures

State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that its information and communication systems authorize, sign and accept electronic documents using qualified electronic signatures on secure media and “cloud” qualified electronic signatures.

Unified window for electronic reporting accepts electronic documents signed by qualified electronic signatures on secure media and "cloud" qualified electronic signatures of all authorized providers of electronic trust services;

E-cabinet authorizes users with qualified electronic signatures on secure media and "cloud" qualified electronic signatures of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services: DIIA, Privatbank, Deposit Sign and CSK Ukraine. There is an opportunity to sign documents of qualified electronic signatures on secure media and "cloud" qualified electronic signatures of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services Privatbank, Deposit Sign and CSK Ukraine.

STS plans to provide free services for business for remote regeneration of personal keys of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services of the Information and Reference Department of the STS, which are currently stored on unprotected key information carriers with their subsequent storage in the cloud, in a secure key information carrier.

As of today, users of trust services of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services of the Information and Reference Department of the STS are able to remotely regenerate personal keys stored on unprotected media key information on their own secure media at https://acskidd.gov.ua/.

Additionally, please note that the Law of Ukraine “On use of registrars of settlement operations in trade, public catering and services” stipulates that use of improved electronic signature and / or improved electronic seal is sufficient.
