STS is working

State Tax Service of Ukraine works on a full-time basis (except for Taxpayer Service Centers) and continues to keep records of taxes, levies, charges and single contribution to fill the budget.

Payers can get information, reference services and consultations at the STS’s Contact Center by phone: 0-800-501-007 (free of charge from landlines).

Citizens who are outside Ukraine have opportunity to call the Contact Center by a landline or mobile phone + 38 044 454 16 13.

There are “hotlines” in the territorial bodies of the State Tax Service to provide advice to taxpayers (https://tax.gov.ua/data/files/266745.docx).

Electronic services of the State Tax Service and Electronic Cabinet work with certain restrictions due to the need to protect the payers’ rights.
