STS provides services for formation of users’ public key certificates

In conditions of the martial law, the software and hardware complex of a qualified provider of electronic trust services of the Information and Reference Department of the State Tax Service (hereinafter – Provider) and most of the separate registration offices work and provide relevant services to users. It is possible to get acquainted with list, addresses and working schedule of separate registration offices on the official information resource of Provider (https://acskidd.gov.ua/contacts).

In addition, the Provider from March 23, 2022 introduced service of automatic generation of new public key certificates of users one day before the expiration of old certificates, valid for one year. User’s private key does not change.

Please note that it is possible to use electronic signatures or seals based on public key certificates issued by qualified providers of electronic trust services without information that the private key is stored in a secure key information carrier until May 31, 2022.
