To the attention of taxpayers involved in trade, restaurants and services!

State Tax Service during the martial law ensures control over activities of economic entities involved in trade, restaurants and services by conducting actual audits.

First of all, such audits are carried out on the basis of citizens’ complaints about the economic entities’ refusal to make payment for purchased products (services) with a payment card, failure to use RRO / PRRO making payments for the sale of excisable products; sale of alcoholic beverages, in case of prohibition of such sale by local authorities during the martial law.

Reminder! State Tax Service from 16.04.2022 has additional powers to control pricing, so conducting actual audits, tax officials will monitor taxpayers’ compliance with legislative requirements on fixed prices set by the state, compliance with marginal prices and trade margins for some types of products.

If during the actual audits, officials of the State Tax Service commit illegal actions or there is information about commission of corruption or other corruption-related offenses by tax officials, please report about such facts by calling 0800-501-007 by choosing direction “5” on the interactive voice answering machine or on the e-mail idd@tax.gov.ua.
