ITS “International Automatic Exchange of Information” operates on a full-time basis and receives data packets from financial agents who expressed a desire to submit reports, including corrected ones; ensures processing and transmission of reports for the exchange of information between reporting financial institutions and the competent authority of the United States.

State Tax Service sent a request to the IRS USA (hereinafter – IRS) regarding the possibility of extending / postponing a deadline for FATCA reporting for 2021. After receiving official response from the IRS, information will be further published on the web portal of the State Tax Service and sent to the e-mail addresses of financial agents.
