From now it is possible to submit the 2% single tax payer's declaration and pay it in “Diia”

State Tax Service and Ministry and Committee for Digital Transformation of Ukraine continue joint projects in digitalization of tax payments. From now it is possible to submit the 2% single tax payer's declaration and pay it in “Diia”.

This can be done by individuals-entrepreneurs – simplifiers of Group III with a special 2% rate.

Submission and payment is quick and easy with a few clicks.

To submit declaration the following is needed:

- log in to “Diia” application and select "Taxes of individuals-entrepreneurs " in the menu "Services" – "Declaration of the single tax payer at 2%" for a corresponding month;

- enter amount of income received for the selected month;

- check contact details and declaration, and if necessary – correct it;

- sign declaration with Diia.Signature and send.

To pay tax the following is needed:

- log in to “Diia” application and select "Taxes of individuals-entrepreneurs" in the menu "Services" – "Payment of single tax at 2%" for a corresponding month;

- enter amount of income received for the selected month and check calculated amount of payable tax;

- choose the payment method and pay.

Funds are credited within 3 working days; it is possible to check in the "Calculations with the budget".

Reminder! Declaration is submitted by the 20th of each month for income received in the previous month, starting from May and until termination of martial law on the territory of Ukraine. Payment of the single tax at 2% is available in the application until the end of each month for the previous one, ie another 10 days after a deadline for submitting declaration.
