State Tax Service conducted more than 190 actual audits for violations of the procedure for setting and applying fuel prices

State Tax Service of Ukraine continues to ensure effective control over legislative compliance with prices and pricing of fuel by retail business entities.

Information regarding unjustified overpricing of fuel prices from citizens, people’s deputies of Ukraine, public authorities, public organizations, etc. is being worked out.

Starting from April 16, 2022, the State Tax Service conducted more than 190 actual audits of retail fuel outlets, according to which there is information about possible violations of the procedure for setting and application of fuel prices.

According to the actual audit results, legislative violations, controlled by tax authorities, were revealed for the total amount of 55.4 million UAH, of which 13.7 million UAH for legislative violations regarding prices and pricing.

To date, the State Tax Service is taking measures to bring violators to legislative justice.
