New service of the State Tax Service "StopViolationBot" in the Telegram messenger

State Tax Service has launched a new service for citizens – "StopViolationBot" chatbot in the Telegram messenger to ensure control over activities of business entities in trade, public catering and services.

Chatbot is effective and modern communication mean that allows to quickly inform the State Tax Service about the detected legislative violations 24/7.

With the help of a chatbot, it is possible to inform the State Tax Service about:

non-use of RRO/PRRO, non-issuance of checks;

refusal to pay with a bank card;

trade without licenses, violation of sales procedure of excise goods;

price gouging for food products, medicines and fuel;

non-registration of labor relations with employees;

carrying out economic activity without state registration.

After processing received information, the State Tax Service will take appropriate response measures to stop violations or illegal activities.
