State Tax Service jointly with national experts of the EU Public Finance Management Support Programme for Ukraine (EU4PFM) conducted online training for heads and deputy heads of structural directorates of the State Tax Service on issues of the non-material motivation of personnel during the martial law.
Topic for training was chosen according to results of international research in the human resources management sphere, as well as survey of employees of the State Tax Service. After all, relationship between a high level of the non-material motivation and retention of highly qualified specialists and receiving from them support for management decisions in crisis situations, when financial motivation becomes difficult or impossible at all, is important.
During the training, experts of the EU4PFM Programme familiarized participants with the best practices in the non-material motivation in a public sector of the member states of the European Union.
It was also about features of the non-material motivation system of employees of the State Tax Service and its bodies in war and post-war periods, advantages and obstacles during implementation of relevant measures and possibility of using international experience.
In total, more than 500 civil servants of central apparatus and territorial bodies of the State Tax Service took part in the online training.
