Court upheld position of the State Tax Service regarding the tax debt collection in the amount of almost 99.6 million UAH

District Administrative Court of the Kyiv city upheld position of Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in the Kyiv city in case № 640/30665/21 regarding the tax debt collection from bank accounts in the amount of almost 99.6 million UAH.

Court established that the defendant did not pay in the full amount monetary obligation and interest determined by the controlling body within the specified time period, which is confirmed by the account cards. 

This tax debt amount was left by the defendant without a response, evidence of the debt repayment was not provided by the defendant.

District Administrative Court of the Kyiv city made a decision as of 16.08.2022 in case № 640/30665/21 to fully satisfy claims of Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in the Kyiv city regarding the tax debt collection.
