Taxpayers, attention!

State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that in connection with the mass missile strikes throughout the territory of Ukraine, access to electronic services will be temporarily limited on October 10-11, 2022.

Penalties are not applied to taxpayers, provided that such obligations are fulfilled in compliance with terms specified in Paragraph 201.10 Article 201, Paragraph 69.1 of Sub-section 10 Section XX "Transitional Provisions" of the Tax Code of Ukraine.

Reminder! Taxpayers in case of miss opportunity to timely fulfill tax obligation regarding compliance with the reporting deadlines, including registration in relevant registers of tax or excise invoices, adjustment calculations, submission of electronic documents containing data on actual fuel balances and volume of fuel or ethyl alcohol turnover, etc., are exempted from the liability provided for by this Code, including according to Paragraph 112.8 Article 112 of the Tax Code of Ukraine.
