State Tax Service and American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine discussed taxation issues relevant for business

Representatives of the State Tax Service and the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (ACC) discussed current issues of interest to Chamber member companies during an online meeting.

In particular, it was about conducting tax audits and budgetary VAT reimbursement, requirements for primary documents, execution status of court decisions.

All the payers’ questions were answered by the Heads of the Tax audit and Legal entities taxation departments of the State Tax Service Tetiana Dotsenko and Tetiana Hrechana.

They emphasized that the State Tax Service continues practice of providing clarifications on issues relevant to taxpayers, in particular, in the form of tax consultations.

Representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce, in turn, thanked the State Tax Service for its readiness to respond quickly and jointly solve problematic issues of business entities.
