Joint webinar of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council on the suspension and registration of tax invoices was held

"Automated system for compliance monitoring tax invoice/adjustment calculation with risk assessment criteria: suspension and registration of tax invoices" became the webinar topic of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council for business community and civil society institutions.

During the event, representatives of the State Tax Service spoke, in particular, about:

- reasons for registration suspension of tax invoices in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices and how to prevent it;

- main issues that payers need to pay attention to submitting written explanations and documents on suspended tax invoices;

- aspects that should be paid attention to submitting a complaint against decision of the regional level commission on refusal to register tax invoice in the Unified Register of Tax Invoices;

- process of executing court decisions regarding registration of tax invoices.

In addition, specialists of the State Tax Service provided answers to numerous questions received from payers in chat during the webinar.

Representatives of the Business Ombudsman Council also noted positive practice of taxpayers' appeals to tax platforms and "hotlines" operating in territorial bodies of the State Tax Service and opportunity for business entities to receive detailed consultations according to specifics of their activities.
