State Tax Service has updated the payer's Electronic cabinet, which will allow large taxpayers to download the standard audit file SAF-T UA

State Tax Service of Ukraine has updated functionality of the payer's Electronic cabinet.

To date, the State Tax Service has put into trial use software that allows large taxpayers to download the standard audit file (SAF-T UA) in the XML format. Also, according to requirements of the Procedure for providing documents of large taxpayer in the electronic form, Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 1393 as of 07.11.2011 (as amended) stipulates that when large taxpayer uploads the SAF-T UA, a qualified electronic signature is checked, compliance of the electronic document (information) is determined in an approved format.

Confirmation of acceptance and registration or rejection of the SAF-T UA by the controlling body is a notification (receipt) about acceptance and/or non-acceptance of such document (file) that indicates reason(s) for non-acceptance.
