Regarding the list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the russian federation

In order to determine mechanism for forming single list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the russian federation, Resolution № 1364 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 06.12.2022 "Some issues of forming list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the russian federation" was adopted (hereinafter – Resolution № 1364).

According to Paragraph 1 of Resolution № 1364, list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the russian federation (hereinafter – list) is approved by the Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories in the form according to annex in agreement with the Ministry of Defense on the basis of suggestions of relevant regional and Kyiv city military administrations.

Ministry for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine, pursuant to Resolution № 1364, approved list of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the russian federation (Order № 309 as of 22.12.2022 "On approval of the List of territories where hostilities are (were) conducted or temporarily occupied by the russian federation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 12.23.2022 under  № 1668/39004, which entered into force on 12.27.2022).
