New meeting of expert groups of the State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council was held

State Tax Service and the Business Ombudsman Council continue joint work on consideration of appeals from payers sent to address of the Business Ombudsman Council. During the regular meeting of expert groups, a number of questions from taxpayers regarding the corporate taxation were discussed. 

It was about the value added tax administration, registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations. Also, representatives of the State Tax Service provided comprehensive explanations and comments on appeals related to execution of court decisions. 

Recently, the State Tax Service paid much attention to this work. This was also noted by experts of the Business Ombudsman Council, according to whom, execution of court decisions and legal support of processes demonstrates qualitatively new level.

During the meeting, representatives of the State Tax Service answered questions of meeting participants and explained certain legal regulations.
