It is profitable to work under employment contract! Labor legislation guarantees employees healthy and safe working conditions, paid holidays and sick leave. You will have help in case of accident at work and benefits if you have minor children. Undeclared employees are deprived of all this.

From the moment of concluding employment contract, you are employee who has labor rights and social guarantees.

You have a right to safe and healthy working conditions. Employer is obliged to:

- check conditions at workplaces,

- provide overalls and shoes, personal protective equipment,

- organize occupational health and safety training and medical examinations.

If working conditions are harmful, you get additional vacation, increased pay, early retirement and other benefits.
