Online marathon was held on the topic: "Business under the martial law: Tax audits - what and whom to expect?"

Representatives of the State Tax Service took part in online marathon on the topic: " Business under martial law: Tax audits - what and who to expect?", organized by the All-Ukrainian public organization "Association of Lawyers of Ukraine".

Reasoned constructive dialogue took place during event regarding specifics of control and verification activities during the martial law and expected changes for taxpayers in terms of control and verification work from July 1, 2023.

In addition, participants of event paid attention to the declaration of negative the VAT value by taxpayers; budgetary VAT refunding based on results of documentary audits. Capabilities of the taxpayers’ Electronic cabinet as a part of the audit work; renewal of audits from July 1, 2023, including documentary audits provided for in the plan-schedule 2023 were also discussed.
