It is profitable to work under employment contract!

From the moment of concluding employment contract, you are an employee who has labor rights and social guarantees.

According to employment contract, you have a right to annual paid holidays. Minimum duration of such vacation leave is 24 calendar days per working year. If you are under 18 years old, you can rest for 31 days.

In addition to the main vacation leave, you will be provided with:

- paid educational and creative leave (for writing dissertation or textbook, for participation in the all-Ukrainian and international sports competitions).

- Have you become a blood donor? Take the next day off or add this day to your annual vacation leave. Herewith, the salary is kept.

- You can take vacation leave at your own expense in case of a wedding, birth of a child, funeral or to care for sick relatives.

- Additional vacations are also provided for employees with children, participants in hostilities and Chornobyl residents.
