Representatives of the State Tax Service conduct deepening of knowledge in the international exchange of tax information

Organizational support for functioning of the international information exchange, protection of received information, transfer methods and practical aspects of operation of relevant information systems became topic of second part of the workshop "Practical aspects of tax information exchange (EOIR, SEOI, AEOI)", which was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the State Tax Service.

This time, the workshop took place in a question-and-answer format, where participants discussed how to effectively build tax information exchange functions (EOIR and AEOI) in compliance with the OECD privacy standards.

International tax expert of the EU4PFM Project from Bulgaria Ivan Antonov presented capabilities of information system used in the EU for international information exchange and also shared the Bulgaria's experience in measures to ensure protection of such information.

Presentation of practical experience of the EU countries will help the State Tax Service to effectively implement the automatic exchange of tax information and to improve processes of information exchange upon request, in particular, as a future the EU member state.
