Contact center of the State Tax Service is an updated service with maximum efficiency and quality

State Tax Service of Ukraine is confidently transforming into a digital service body. The modernized Contact Center of the State Tax Service is example of successful implementation of cases of digital reform of the Service.

Technical equipment and improvement of functionality of the Contact Center took place with the EU4PFM project’s support and the European Union.

The focus is on changes in approaches to taxpayer service. Getting tax services is easy, affordable and fast.

From now on:

- level of access to the service from the first application has increased and is constantly increasing;

- there is opportunity to find out about your debt;

- using the interactive voice menu (IVR), number in the queue and approximate time until the connection are announced;

- if the wait is long, you can order a call back through the IVR;

- cases of technical failure of the system have significantly decreased.

Specialists of the Contact Center will provide answers to all questions of taxpayers, guide them in finding necessary information, advise and help them in a qualified and high-quality manner.
