Continuity of service provision in the de-occupied territories is in the focus of attention

State Tax Service continues its work on the renewal of work of the State Tax Inspectorates located in the de-occupied territories and service provision, including registration of citizens in the State Register of Individuals.

"With support of the international partner EU4PFM, equipment has been updated, which allows to ensure stable operation of the State Register of Individuals and its resistance to possible threats" – noted Deputy Head of the State Tax Service for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitization Nataliia Kalienichenko.

State Register of Individuals is one of the main Information and Communication System of the State Tax Service, priority electronic information resource of Ukraine that interacts with state registers and information systems of 18 state bodies (more than 40 data sets).

Only according to data of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine to the State Register of Individuals processed 1.2 billion requests out of 3 billion data exchanges on the electronic exchange platform “Trembita”.

Modernization of hardware complex of the State Register of Individuals, thanks to international partners, enables uninterrupted, systematic provision of services to citizens under the martial law.
